Organizational assembly of activists of Ukrainian Part of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland was held on Tuesday, 3 March, under the chairmanship of Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, leader of the Ukrainian Part.
The participants of the meeting approved proposals of the Polish party concerning the agenda of the next sitting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly dedicated to the issues of cooperation between Ukraine and Poland within the scope of the Program "Eastern Partnership" and Ukrainian-Polish cooperation within the scope of preparation for EURO-2012. The Ukrainian party reached the agreement concerning signing of two relevant appeals regarding the above-mentioned matters.
